COUNSELLING CELL (for all UG & PG students)

Objective:
  1. To identify students who are passing through any problem in life which may harm the student or his career.
  2. To provide counselling services from professional experts so as to help the students overcome their problems.

A committee for this purpose be appointed for this purpose as under:

STUDENT COUNSELLING COMMITTEE:

The members of the Committee will be as under:

  1. Chairperson: Dean of the college
  2. Vice Chairperson: Professor of Psychiatry
  3. Vice Chairperson: President of BMCAA or a nominee of the President.
  4. Member Secretary: Dean of the Students
  5. Members (7) which should include two members from BMCAA and five teachers of the college, which should include one from Dept of Community Medicine. If possible, a Clinical Psychologist and a Behaviour Modulation Therapist may be appointed.
  6. Co-opted members:
    1. General Secretary of BMCSA
    2. Ladies Representative of BMCSA
    3. JDA President
